Note: Gage flow at Little Falls is measured after water supply withdrawals.

Maintain Patuxent production 34 MGD to conserve reservoir storage. Potomac withdrawals per operational preference.

Seneca (release date, time, amount in MGD):
Increase the water supply release from Seneca to 45 MGD as soon as possible.

Aqueduct:
Meet all demands from Little Falls.

North Branch Reservoirs:
Maintain North Branch Water Supply release; Luke target = 143 cfs. The assumed Luke flow without water supply releases is 120 cfs (simulated).
