The basin did not receive any precipitation in the past 24 hours. Both the 48-hour and the five-day National Weather Service precipitation forecasts indicate no accumulated
rainfall in the basin, except for trace amounts in the North Branch area.
On Friday, September 3, ICPRB sent a letter to the Montgomery County Executive and the Council members. This served to notify them of potential releases from Little Seneca Reservoir over the next couple of weeks either for water supply purposes or time of travel tests. Additional notification was given to the Black Hill Regional Park Manager where the Little Seneca Reservoir is located.
